The Château de Taradel wanted a modern site to highlight its service offerings, while integrating an online reservation system. In addition to managing online reservations, the castle needed a platform centralizing all reservations synchronized with several external reservation sites (Booking, Expedia, Airbnb, etc.), as well as a commercial management tool to facilitate billing and customer follow-up.
Challenge
The challenge was to create a website capable of managing reservations while synchronizing 17 external reservation platforms.
The system had to manage availability periods, not generate double reservations, and automate confirmations.
In addition, the integration of an invoicing system was to simplify the commercial management of the Château.
